nRF24L01 using with stm32f407 discovery

I wrote a library for this transceiver

The demo runs on a STM32 Nucleo64-F401RE and there is a version for both ChibiOS 17.6.x and 18.2.x.

Porting the demo on a Discovery should be trivial.
