Increase CORTEX_NUM_VECTORS for STM32F413  Topic is solved

Current setting of 96 vectors is insufficient for STM32F413.
Increase CORTEX_NUM_VECTORS to 104 to allow interrupt handling for additional devices (e.g. LPTIM1)
