When you do, you can add the Extended ICU driver I wrote for 3.0.0.

I made the changes for 3.0 and renamed the files/defines to avoid conflicts.
They use "DRIVER_USE_*" instead of "HAL_USE_*" now. The API is unchanged.
I added a dacConvertOne() function to the DAC driver, useful in case you only need a simple conversion or want to use the timers/dma for something else.
I added the eicu driver.
