I wrote code to use the HC-05 serial bluetooth module in ChibiOS projects.
The code is at http://code.google.com/p/chibios-bluetooth/
This is my first ever real-life code contribution and I would like to ask for your comments on it.
Most of the bluetooth-related commands are macros, as we have to send the modul AT commands in AT mode, but in communication mode, it is only a serial port.
For some reason I could not track down, only the first AT command is interpreted by the module (e.g. setting the name), but the others (setting the pin) are not.
A workaround is to reset the module after each at command, but it is not that efficient.
I started to create some documentation, so that the code could be easier to follow. For some reason doxygen simply ignores it.
Do you have any ideas?
This forum is about you. Feel free to discuss anything is related to embedded and electronics, your awesome projects, your ideas, your announcements, not necessarily related to ChibiOS but to embedded in general. This forum is NOT for support.
