ChibiOS Free Embedded RTOS

Hi!

I'd like to use ChibiOS HAL in my commercial project. However I can't find what files are covered by Apache license. ChibiOS project is quite monolithic and for it is hard for me to decide what is HAL and what is not.For example are those files from HAL?
ChibiOS -> os ->
-> common
-> ex
-> various

Or better to say that os->nil and os->rt are not HAL and are not covered by Apache license?

Hi everything but RT and NIL and their ports is under the Apache license, this includes: HAL, drivers, examples, test code, demos, build system, startup files and utility code.

RT and NIL are under GPL3.
