You have started including things in ChibiOS/tools so that we can generate board files and the such without the eclipse plugin.

I think the stuff in chibistudio/..../resources/gencfg are also useful to be part of the chibios/tools distribution. The schemas and templates are important to be included.

Schemas are now on the web so XML editors should be able to fetch them.
