Thank you for following up on this issue!
I can confirm that the timing is still off. chThdSleepMilliseconds(1000) seems to delay for 500ms.

It looks like that fixed it. chThdSleepMilliseconds(1000) is now behaving as expected.

Hi,
It did not fix it, it just proved that the problem is in the ST driver when a TIM is used.
Next week I should be able to get an F446 board.

Fixed it, it was a wrong DKCFGR register initialization.
