It is just a reminder for my self.
On STM32F3Discovery starting from PCB revision C, PC4 and PC5 are connected to ST-Link V2-B. Must be configured as AF7.
Note that Uart1 is connected to ST-Link as default configuration. (SB13-SB15 ON)

Added a new set of board files and a new demo.
As a separate note, launching demo on STM32F3 Discovery REV-C or higher requires OpenOCD on STLink V2-1 and target\stm32f3x.cfg as cfg (board\stm32f3discovery.cfg will not work)
