How to report a bug

Hi,
This forum can be used as alternative to the SF bug tracker. When submitting a report please specify as much info as possible about the scenario:
- ChibiOS version or subversion revision number.
- Compiler.
- Platform and board.
- Nature of the problem.
- Failure mode.
Please, report one bug per forum topic.
Patches are welcome and can be attached to forum posts.
