pal_default_config initialization missing ?

pal_default_config initialization missing ?

Hi Giovanni,
i don't find the initialization code of pal_default_config in hal_ll.c (2.1.5) like the v.2.0.7
is missing ?

It has been moved into the various board.c files in the latest unstable versions.
