Is this a *ST official* graphical tool to configure ChibiOS?

Looks great!

At least there are many ST logos floating around. I also notice an "application.ld".

I can confirm the work and pain :-) this is taking a lot from me. ChibiOS is unrelated to ST however, it is just being used as test components because its architecture allows to split it cleanly.

This thing is born from the ideas I had for ChibiStudio, I will be able to give details after its presentation in mid of November, I am looking forward to being able to discuss it and use it.

So instead of only configuring board files etc. you actually auto generate the Makefile and the linker files (stack size!) - very cool. But i hope I can use ChibiOS without relying on it, right?

Of course, ChibiOS is meant to be vendor-compiler-ide independent.
