[INFO] Secure ChibiOS/RT

Hi,
Some of you may have noticed what is going on in the repository, time to explain, it is a customer-driven development and there are several people working on it.
A new port of RT is in preparation targeting Cortex-A processors in Trustzone. This port will allow to run RT alongside another OS, Linux for example. The idea is to enclose in TrustZone threads critical to the system security/integrity, the guest OS can only require "services" to the secure OS, from which, it is isolated.
Something similar is planned also for Contex-M23/33 but nothing has been done for those yet, waiting for actual MCUs.
