Mixed Apache and GPL licensed files

Hey,

for our current development for the STM32F769, we switched from the last stable release (16.1.5) to trunk. We use only the Apache licensed ChibiOS HAL.

During the first compilation runs, I realized that some reorganization of the folder structure was done. The compile errors are fixed, but I wonder about one change.
The mpu.h file was moved from ChibiOS\os\hal\ports\common\ARMCMx to ChibiOS\os\common\ports\ARMCMx and now the Apache licensed mpu.h is mixed with GPL licensed files (chcore*).

I think it is better if the different licensed files are not mixed in a single folder The old location was better, as using the same folder for the MPU and the NVIC is more convenient.

So can you guys please move the mpu header back, or separate the Apache licensed files from the GPL licensed files?
