[Important] Contributors and Credits Status

Hi,

Most of the older contributors are listed in a page on the web site but recently I am trying to have all names into credit sections directly into the source code.

Being human (and drunk most of time) I can forget things, please if your name is missing post in this thread and I will update the files you contributed. It would also be a good idea to specify how you want to appear, currently I am going for forum names or names into email addresses.
