[INFO] EX: LIS302DL and LIS3DSH support

Hi,
last week I have added support for LIS302DL and LIS3DSH which are two accelerometers mounted on STM32F4 Discovery according to its PCB revision number.

I have created some new demos under testhal. This means that the current demo RT-STM32F407-DISCOVERY-MEMS, which works only with early discoveries (PCB rev MB997A and MB997B), should be removed.

Most likely the folder os/various/devices_lib should be removed too.
Suggestions and feedbacks about that?
