Chibios with AVR studio

Hi,

I am new to the chibios. Please anybody suggest me can I use chibios with the AVR studio 6. I usually do projects on Atmega (32,128,328, 2560) and AtXmega controllers and which would be the good way to use chibi os for 32 bit ARM controllers with the available IDEs like (Atollic studioor, IAR workbench) or with the chibios with eclipse integration ?
