sh.exe has stopped working

Hi,
chibi-studio was working fine till yesterday. But after that i install driver for proliific usb to serial.And today when start compilation, i got plenty of errors.
Following are the errors.

i replaced new chibistudio then also same error. Is there something wrong with tools?

Tools do not stop working for no reason, something happened on that PC that is preventing cygwin to work. Try uninstalling those drivers.

It is working after uninstalling usb2serial driver. But i wanna use that one too. I think i will have to change the converter.
