Should SVC_Handler() (on F767) be called in "normal" use? It's being accessed regularly in my system. The PM suggests that it requires an explicit call, but haven't managed to find any so far.

It is used in the IRQ exit sequence for MSP unstacking, see the ARMCMx port.

On the ARMv7-M port it is possible to use it also for system calls, it is leveraged by sandboxes.
