Know issue with ChibiStudio 2021-07 RC1 + new OpenOCD

Hello everyone,
waiting for ChibiOS 21.6.1 I have assembled a Release Candidate of ChibiStudio (release note)
I appreciate whoever wants to test it and report issues

- Issue with the ChibiOS plugin, impossible to generate board files (Reported by JMifune, Giovanni on it)
- Old OpenOCD version. (Reported by JMifune, it will be updated in the next RC)
