Trivia Topic is solved

1. In current releases: STM32/LLD/RTCv2/hal_rtc_lld.c line 572 duplicated: RTCD1.rtc->PRER = STM32_RTC_PRER_BITS; 2. In trunk: trunk\os\common\ports\ARM\compilers\GCC\chcoreasm.S (and counterparts under the ARMCMx path, at least) Two offsets are defined: #define CURRENT_OFFSET 12 /* New definition *...

Re: Stats and IRQs

I have the stats module enabled, and monitoring thread performance using a corruption of the code in this thread. Just hadn't looked at exactly what the "isr" value meant!

This would make the feature much more useful - when debugging the ability to compile a single target can speed things up significantly.

Stats and IRQs

I'm using the stats module on an F767. Chibi 19.1.3. I have code in CH_CFG_IRQ_PROLOGUE_HOOK() and CH_CFG_IRQ_EPILOGUE_HOOK() (And CH_CFG_IDLE_ENTER_HOOK(), probably not relevant) When I added a GPT interrupting every 10uS, the proportion of code spent in ISRs went down, which was not what I was exp...

Re: [DEV} To fix or not to fix, that is the question

Trying to understand the problem; is the following correct? 1. If the long timer were not added, T1, T2, T3 would all be processed "now" 2. The long timer delta must be just short of a complete timer cycle, since systick must wrap round to a value between 'last' and 'now'. It looks as if '...

Re: LWIP improvements Topic is solved

Sorry, concentrating on my own modest contribution!

I'm referring to the print modifiers in my post of 3rd June; these are necessary if you turn on lwIP's debug features to get correct print formatting. They are Chibi-specific, so it seems logical to package them with Chibi.

Re: LWIP improvements Topic is solved

Maybe it should be added to the standard Chibi distribution?

Re: bugreport fatfs. Topic is solved

As far as I can tell from my own files (which are somewhat non-standard), FatFs 13c added just the following options: #ifndef FF_LFN_BUF #define FF_LFN_BUF 255 #endif #ifndef FF_SFN_BUF #define FF_SFN_BUF 12 #endif /* This set of options defines size of file name members in the FILINFO structure / w...

Re: Porting ChibiOS to ESP32

There has been a little prior discussion on this, and maybe some starter code; see this thread

Re: GCC 9

Have you tried swapping OSPI and CAN IRQ priorities and making other similar changes? not a solution for sure but it could give us hints about the nature of the problem. Giovanni No, not yet - I've actually had to put this one aside in favour of some more urgent stuff at the moment. Playing with IR...
