Re: Howto saving Data in Flash in Cortex M3/M4

Awesome! I'll give it a try when time permits (probably next week).

Re: Howto saving Data in Flash in Cortex M3/M4

Hi, I'm trying to save data (app settings) in flash too on the STM32P407 board. I've changed my linker script with: MEMORY { flash : org = 0x08000000, len = 500k persistentdata : org = 0x08000000 + 500k, len = 128k ram : org = 0x20000000, len = 112k ethram : org = 0x2001C000, len = 16k ccmram : org ...

It works, thanks!
If you backport the fix to 2.4.x, don't forget to backport the commit 4795 too (if not already done).

Re: Olimex STM32P207/STM32P407

Just to let you know that I've played with my soldering iron and SDIO is working as expected.

Re: STM32-P407: CAN automatic wakeup mode not working?

But even if AWUM is not allowed, the wakeup_event doesn't really match what happen. When broadcasted by the interrupt handler, it means "something happened on the CAN bus but I'm still sleeping, wake me up if you want". When broadcasted by the canWakeup() function, it means "I'm not s...

Re: STM32-P407: CAN automatic wakeup mode not working?

Regarding my questions 1 and 2, I've done small other experiments. If I don't change the state in the interrupt handler, but rather attach an EventListener to the CAND1 wakeup_event, I'm able to call canWakeup(&CAND1) when the event is triggered. Then, as the driver is putted in the CAN_READY st...

Re: STM32-P407: CAN automatic wakeup mode not working?

Hi, Thanks for your reply! It allowed me to find some bugs in ChibiOS. The first one was easily fixed. The interrupt handler for CAN1 SCE was never called due to a typo in the interrupt number. Bug report and patch here : https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3581571&group_id=2058...

STM32-P407: CAN automatic wakeup mode not working?

Hi, I've a STM32-P407 board with CAN1 connected to a real CAN bus. I can send and receive data without problem. However, I tried the automatic wakeup mode and it doesn't seems to work. I've configured my CAN1 with CAN_MCR_AWUM, and I put CAN1 in sleep mode with canSleep(). As I understand from the b...

Re: Olimex STM32P207/STM32P407

Olimex answered me: https://www.olimex.com/forum/index.php?topic=171.msg788#msg788 So I was correct, and R34, R35 and R37 must be kept. On another side, I tried SWD mode with OpenOCD and a STLink interface and it worked out of the box (./openocd -f interface/stlink-v2.cfg -f target/stm32f4x_stlink.c...
