#951 for STM32F1xx Topic is solved

Hi, there is no oversampling for STM32F103. On the STM32F1xx line I found only the OVER8 bit for STM32F100xb/e. Compiling chtrace.c ../../chibios182/os/hal/ports/STM32/LLD/USARTv1/hal_serial_lld.c: In function 'usart_init': ../../chibios182/os/hal/ports/STM32/LLD/USARTv1/hal_serial_lld.c:118:21: err...

Re: SDMMC2 on STM32F769NI Discovery

Probably I'm wrong, but isn't the write access buffered? AFAIK you need to close file and/or unmount the SD card. Like Windows "secure remove". When you try to write and read immediately in size smaller then the SD card buffer, you will not read the same, because it hasn't been written fin...

Re: Import exsiting project

Got it.

Simply click on the linked folder and delete it. Then my origin folder appears.

Re: Import exsiting project

Hi Giovanni, did you mean Properties -> C/C++ General -> Paths and Symbols? I've check the variables there. This looks ok for me. The icon in my project has the small arrow (showing to the top right). Not like the other normal folder without any arrow. Path is showing me C:/ChibiStudio/workspace/MyP...

Import exsiting project

Hi all, I'm trying to import my project to ChibiStudio. In the past I used VSCode. Now I copied the STM32F103RB-NUCLEO64 example. Go in this folder. Copy and paste my already made code. I have my own board-folder. But in ChibiStudio there is a link to the board-folder from the STM32F103 example. How...

Re: v16 --> v17 --> v18 migration guide

The only thing I've seen with immigrating from <v18 for drivers is the (size_t)0 for the VMT. I'm pretty new to ChibiOS, so maybe there are others. I'm using the chprintf to print stuff on my display, by implementing a put function. So my driver needs now also the (size_t)0 on top of the struct. Wha...

Dwarf Error: Offset with gcc 8 Topic is solved

Hi, I'm building my gcc with bleeding edge script from Freedie Chopin: https://github.com/FreddieChopin/bleeding-edge-toolchain GNU objdump (bleeding-edge-toolchain) 2.30 arm-none-eabi-gcc (bleeding-edge-toolchain) 8.1.0 Normal builds work until I enable LTO with -ggdb. demos/STM32/RT-STM32F411RE-NU...

Re: STM32F4 DMA Peripheral-to-Memory: Memory Corruption

It is over one year ago I've worked on the ADC with a Nucleo F441RE. I had the same issue. Finally I solved this and I guess that this is the right order: Init DMA Init ADC Start ADC with: ADC1->CR2 |= ADC_CR2_DMA | ADC_CR2_CONT | ADC_CR2_SWSTART; In my case I stopped the conversion, when the DMA tr...

Re: [INFO] Installed Linux Mint

I found the issue on my side. The folder should be /home/giovanni. e.g. in /home/giovanni/Projects/ChibiStudio/workspace_18.2.x/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources/.projects/ChibiOS (whole tree)/.location 00000000: 40b1 8b81 23bc 0014 1a25 96e7 a393 be1e 0043 5552 492f 2f66 :@...#....%.......
