Re: STM32F2 lwIP client Topic is solved

Hi,

ESP32 also uses LWIP. You will find plenty of examples.

Re: I2C err

From the message "i2c_lld_master_transmit_timeout" you could find the possible cause in the source code. My guess is your peripheral is not correctly receiving, and it is not answering the read/write request => timout. The peripheral address could be also wrong. Check if the address is not...

Resistors needed on both I2C pins.

Re: NIL winout HAL with NVIC problem

Juste my 2 cents.
I would prefer starting from a CM3 project, for STM32F10x, with everything correctly configured for the core, peripherals, vectors, compiler options, linker,....
And then copying from the CM0 project the code I need.

Re: Sensors Reading-STM32F303

Hello Samir, Your data is simply sent to the USB serial port. Use a terminal program on your PC, connect to the COMx port with the corresponding baudrate, parity,... and your data will be displayed on the screen. Only displayed, not recorded. To put your data in a file, you should use a terminal pro...

Re: L432KC i2cMasterTransmit freezes

Hi Raul, I had the same problem on both the nucleo446 and NucleoL432. CAN needs stable and precise clock, and internal RC set to run at full speed is not good enough to ensure these timings. On STM32F446, using RC, I had to slow down to about 80MHz core frequency to have CAN correctly working. But a...

Re: L432KC i2cMasterTransmit freezes

Hi,

I also used the Nucleo432, connected to 4 MCP23017 (I/O ports). I used external 2k2 resistors and connection was fairly easy.
But as I also used CAN, the STM32 is not running at full speed, due to timings problems when used with internal RC.

I will post the code when I go home.

Re: A Castle Link Live protocol converter for Electronic Speed Controler (ESC)

Hi,

Is the ESC2 wiring correct in this drawing ??? :https://github.com/alex31/freeCLL/blob/stable/DOC/soldering.pdf
Black and yellow are correct on the Nucleo board. But on ESC2 connector, yellow is soldered on GND, and black on Signal.

Re: Include CPP Library Issue

Hi,

Just my 2 cents.
Unless your application need additional CAN ports, STM32f407 has already two built-in CAN devices, supported by Chibios.
Simply add MCP2551 transceiver.

Re: u8g2 ported to ChibiOS first draft - working

Hi,

Just my 2 cents: Nanosecond resolution ???'

How is this handled on Arduino boards at 16MHz, or even 8MHz ????
