Re: GCC 9

ARM has just released their new GCC, version is 9.2.1. https://developer.arm.com/tools-and-software/open-source-software/developer-tools/gnu-toolchain/gnu-rm/downloads It's almost twice as fast on linux compared to GCC 8. Could someone check if it still produces incorrect CM0 code? As far as I know...

RNG missing from STM32F7 platform Topic is solved

TRNG won't compile with F7 familly because the files/paths are not included.
It's all missing the rcc macros.

Adding the missing paths and macros fixes it.

Re: STM32 CubeMX to ChibiOS board file generator

Hi,

It has been updated a number of times but still doesn't support F1 devices.
There's a new script I wrote (mx2conf.py) that enables the drivers and peripherals as well. You still need to configure clocks manually.

STM32 CubeMX to Chibios Config

Hi,

I've created a script to update halconf and mcuconf based on your CubeMX project.

It's here: https://github.com/ChibiOS/ChibiOS-Cont ... mx2conf.py

So far it only enables/disables peripherals, I still have to implement something for the clocks.

Re: GDB debugging.

Are you using tickless mode?

Timers don't stop when core is halted unless you enable some options.

Re: Git refuses to merge unrelated histories on branch stable_18.2.x Topic is solved

So?

Unlike svn git is distributed so he still has all the code history, which he can host anywhere. GH restored his account anyway.
Please don't post off-topic stuff.

Thanks
