Re: [possible BUG] Bug 458 might not be fixed completely Topic is solved

Oh dear, I've just run into this problem as well. In my case, I can't even get sdcRead(&SDCD1, 0, buf, 1) to work; it fails in sdc_lld_wait_transaction_end() because of: if ((SDIO->STA & SDIO_STA_DATAEND) == 0) I'm using a pixhawk board, and the original code works with this card without pro...

Re: board config

Does it open in the XML editor? if so, there are two selectable views: text and graphic, there are two tabs on the lower border of the editor. I worked it out - I didn't have the XML editor plugin installed. I've written a quick guide on installing the plugins and using the board config generator o...

Re: board config

I've installed the chibios tools and the config generator runs. But when I open the .chcfg file it just opens in a text editor, displaying the raw XML. How do I make it open in the fancy screen?

Re: Chibios 3.0.0 gcc support

Thanks for the help everyone, disabling LTO allowed it to build :D

Code: Select all

# Enable this if you want link time optimizations (LTO)
ifeq ($(USE_LTO),)
  USE_LTO = no
endif

Chibios 3.0.0 gcc support

I'm trying to build demos using the latest Chibios trunk but am experiencing compiler problems: [~/projects/chibios/demos/STM32/RT-STM32F407-DISCOVERY]$ make Compiler Options arm-none-eabi-gcc -c -mcpu=cortex-m4 -O2 -ggdb -fomit-frame-pointer -falign-functions=16 -ffunction-sections -fdata-sections ...

Re: [RFC] Killing bool_t, TRUE, FALSE

sounds like a sensible move. It is pretty obvious that bool is a type so no need for the _t prefix, and supporting modern compiler standards gets my vote.

Re: STM32F107 OTG Mass Storage ultra slow

Hi dsigma, thanks for the comments! I'm afraid I'm so busy at the moment I don't really have time to do any indepth work or analysis on the driver, but I can point you in the direction of the spec I used: Universal Serial Bus Mass Storage Class . I'd be keen to merge in your optimisations once they'...

Re: USB Mass Storage Device

I'm away from my computer at the moment so I can't answer in much detail, but as far as I'm aware on f4 the ports are only FS unless you use an external PHY, so that's going to limit it severely. I've got an oilmex stm32 e407 that I intend to do proper testing with one day...

nope, the whole point of what I was quoting is that this is no longer the case, there are mac os x binaries and they work
